2 Five tables of soundness

2.1 Division of labor
The heads of the two systems are each responsible for their own system of three tables (records, worksheets and ledgers); The financial manager is responsible for the two tables of the two systems (statistical tables and analysis tables), and controls the KPI report as the general direction.
2.2 Audit
