----Records of Xu Institute of Technology Teachers coming to our company for 3 days of training
At 8:00 a.m. on May 18, there was a huge crowd of applause in the training room on the second floor of our company. Teachers from Xuzhou Polytechnic College and cadres and technicians from Zhengcun, Shanghai, gathered together to kick off the three-day off-production training conducted by Xuzhou Institute of Technology.

Established in 1964, Xuzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College has 12 teaching units, including 2 national training bases, 5 provincial training bases, 5 provincial R&D centers and 35 municipal R&D centers (laboratories). Among them, the major of polymer materials is known as the "Huangpu Military Academy" for the cultivation of talents in rubber industry in China.

The training is headed by Professor Xu Yunhui, Vice President of the Engineering College of Xuzhou Institute of Technology. There are 8 senior teachers in the training team, including 1 professor, 4 associate professors, 1 doctor, 1 senior engineer and 1 lecturer, all of whom are the leaders and backbone teachers of the discipline. The training course covers raw rubber and compounding agent, rubber formulation design technology, rubber processing equipment and mould, rubber processing technology and testing technology, etc. for three whole days.
Our company adjusted the production plan in advance for this training. The workshop took a three-day vacation to ensure that all front-line technicians and managers can attend the training without hesitation and ensure the training effect. Each Department has participants in different courses of training, each course has 40 to 50 participants.
We have videotaped the whole course of the training, which can be translated into the company's internal training materials. It can be used as information inquiry, as well as continuous training for internal personnel and new recruits.
This is only the preliminary cooperation between our company and Xugong Institute. The following aspects will be gradually deepened, such as talent introduction, technical difficulties tackling, laboratory data sharing and technical communication.
Following our company's successive batches of personnel to Toyota, Japan, to study lean production, to participate in Carnegie training courses for senior managers, salesmen, and to Panasonic Management College for training, for the first time, the university will be introduced into enterprises to achieve school-enterprise alliance and rubber knowledge for our technicians and managers. Equipment and mould construction, test knowledge training, enhance the professional knowledge and skills of our staff, broaden the knowledge, improve the overall quality. This training establishes an interactive link between classes to communicate and exchange the problems on the spot, so as to transform knowledge points into actual productivity. After the training, the final examination was carried out, and the learning results were summarized. From everyone's warm feedback on the training, the effect is good.
