"One lesson a week" was officially launched

On May 3, the company's "Monday Class" training activities were officially launched and the first lecture was conducted. The general manager gave the lecture, and all managers and technicians participated in the training.
In this lecture, the general manager declared that one of the company's goals in two years is to "achieve 50% improvement in production efficiency". That is, on the premise that workers'wages are not reduced, the current 12-hour/shift is gradually reduced to 8-hour/shift, and the working hours are reduced by 50%, so as to realize the growth of enterprise efficiency.
How to achieve this goal? We make full use of the concept of lean production to formulate effective concrete plans, and take three measures, namely, punctualization, standardization and self-discipline, to eliminate seven wastes and improve efficiency. In class, Xu always analyzed the definition of each waste case, so that everyone can fully understand, and guide the inspection and improvement of the post. Finally, Xu always put forward that the greatest waste is the waste of Zhengcun people's wisdom. We should give full play to our intelligence and wisdom to improve the status quo reasonably, create value and achieve win-win situation for both individuals and enterprises.
This week, the QC Department put forward the second topic, "How to find abnormalities". If you can't find an exception, you don't know you need to improve it. So what is an exception? Xu always points out that the difference between the same standard is abnormal. What is the standard? As the saying goes, square circles cannot be achieved without rules. The square circles mentioned here are standards. There are two kinds of standards, one is the specific provisions formulated by people, such as the company's rules and regulations, operating documents, and the other is the content of the meeting should be informed and agreed upon. What does not conform to the standard is the exception.
Abnormality is a problem in enterprise operation. How to find the problem? Finding problems should be such a process, first put forward the requirements of the matter, then formulate corresponding standards (visualization), observe the current situation in operation and compare standards to find problems, and finally improve. Let's find out the abnormalities in our jobs in time, and correct or report them in time so that the abnormalities can be controlled.
"Monday lesson" is a new form of training proposed by General Xu. The content of training is based on the needs of employees. It is put forward by various departments. The General Office evalsuates and determines the order of lectures.
